KICKBOXING CONDITIONING

Kickboxing Conditioning is the perfect total body workout, and the fastest way to that toned fighter physique you seek. You’ll learn basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-Style Boxing skills combinations. Kickboxing Conditioning includes cardio calisthenics, bag work (150lb. bag), punch – kick – knee elbow strikes, partner drills, pad work, and core strengthening exercises. Come ready to sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and burn hundreds of calories.


WHAT WILL YOU NEED?


Athletic shoes or bare feet, athletic wear, hand wraps, 16oz boxing gloves for males, 14-16oz gloves for females


We will loan you the gloves for the first class - bring handwraps if you have them, or they are available for purchase for $10
